Open Talent Platform Summit

Boulder, Colorado, USA

October 4-6, 2023

Transform Work is the place to connect with cutting-edge platforms, top academics, leading consultants, as well as fellow enterprise executives who are making an impact at their organizations tapping into the open talent economy.

An external, independent, open workforce has always been part of the global economy and the digital revolution has made it easier to engage with than ever before. Corporate leaders know the future is variable and not fixed. They know the next generation demands job flexibility. They understand the trends and have the tools.

Yet, adoption remains a trickle because it strikes fear in the hearts of traditional enterprises, or first attempts fail to be transformative within their organization.

Transform Work will showcase best practices, success stories, and other use cases to amplify the benefits of using open talent platforms.

As a community, we need to highlight that the advantages of an open talent strategy are well known—access to a wider network of experts, more testable ideas, reduced development time, and substantial cost savings.

We need to Transform Work. Together.

The What

What is Transform Work?

Transform Work is the first in-person, global event created specifically for the open talent platform industry, and will be the premier event for the entire open talent community for years to come.
Showcase the power of open talent and the top platforms.
Educate and inspire platforms on what enterprises want and need.
Showcase emerging platforms and enterprise customers.
Establish the first annual open talent awards.

Something like this needs top-down support in order to gain traction, but it will grow as a result of bottom-up success.

The Location

Where the Rocky Mountains begin

The first Transform Work event will take place in Boulder, Colorado. Once seen as a laid back hippie college town, Boulder is now a place where tech startups launch and tech giants setup shop. With more than 300 days of sunshine a year and incredible mountains right at the back door, Boulder is known around the globe as a mecca for outdoor activities, like cycling, hiking and rock climbing. Boulder is where people play hard and work hard.

Transform Work will be hosted at the St. Julien Hotel & Spa located in the heart of downtown Boulder. With breathtaking views of the Flatiron Mountains, easy access to world famous restaurants and outdoor spaces, the St. Julien Hotel is Boulder’s premiere event venue.

It’s a quick drive from Denver International Airport to Boulder which makes travel from anywhere in the world as seamless as it gets.

WW hope you will enjoy beautiful Colorado during and after the event.
