Open Assembly has created the Open Talent Platform Collective to help open talent platforms grow their business. It is a community of like-minded platforms devoted to advancing the thinking and practical application of open talent strategies. Members join for their dedication and leadership in the transformation of work through open talent. This group meets monthly to guide, shape, and design the language, processes, and tools for the industry, in a collaborative effort to raise the tide for everyone co-creating the future of work with open talent.
The Open Talent Platform Collective will focus on research, benchmarking, and knowledge sharing, as well as creating a common language and a common process so platforms can thrive by utilizing research from the Laboratory for Innovation Sciences at Harvard, the Open Talent book, and the enterprise adoption work we do at Open Assembly.
Collective members are front-and-center for client, content, and research opportunities as we help organizations with their open talent strategies, building a Center of Excellence, and implementing digital solutions.
In order for something like this to take hold it has to be a top down supported initiative but it grows through bottom up success.

Monthly Meet-ups – Once per month, private, member-only gatherings to discuss research, trends, opportunities, hot-button topics, and learnings. Industry-leading experts and business leaders lead these calls.
Trusted Talent Partner Program – Open Talent Platform Collective members are entitled to partake in the Trusted Platform Partner Program for no additional fee.
Enhanced Platform Directory Status – Platform members that have successfully passed the Trusted Talent Partner Program will receive a priority listing on Open Assembly’s Platform Directory.
Data Access – All members receive access to data from the Trusted Platform Partner Program, Platform Directory, and other OA research to benchmark their platform with the industry.
Annual Research Report – All members can partake in a yearly report that will include information about membership, usage and adoption, engagement activities, industry trends, economic and social impact, and more.
Preferred Platform & Services Status – Platform and service provider members are the top recommendations of OA consultants.
Brand Amplification – Unlimited use of OA social channels, blog, and newsletter to leverage marketing efforts.
Connections & Lead Generation – Access to connections and introductions to clients within the OA ecosystem. Invitations to key virtual and in-person workshops.

OA Community Content Contributor – Each Collective member has the opportunity to lead meetings with the broader OA Community. This might be a roundtable discussion, research presentation, etc.
