We discussed who needs to be at the table, why thought leadership is a collaborative effort, and some simple steps that will help you cut through the noise and influence those receptive decision-makers.
Carin-Isabel Knoop is an Executive Director at Harvard Business School and she is passionate about encouraging human sustainability and equal access at work. Today Carin led an open discussion about this important topic with members of our community.
