Prior to joining Open Assembly she founded Shoshin Works, a firm focused on strategic work design and open talent solutions at enterprise scale and served as Partner at the Platform Strategy Institute. Before launching Shoshin Works, Dyan was GE’s Global Director of Open Innovation and Advanced Manufacturing, and Founder of GE GeniusLink and GE Fuse. Her work in connected vehicles, connected equipment, and now connected experts has enabled organizations worldwide to optimize performance and elevate the human experience. Her award-winning platform and ecosystem thought leadership has been showcased in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Wired, Singularity University, the Laboratory for Innovation Science at Harvard (LISH), Harvard’s analytics curriculum, MIT Sloan, Cooper-Hewitt Museum, Nikkei Business, CIO Review, Slush, keynote speaking engagements and podcasts.
As Open Assembly’s Chief Strategy Officer Dyan will help drive the global transition to work, worker, and workforce optimization – unlocking exponential value for organizations and talent through the deployment of advanced workforce ecosystem models. To do this, Dyan will work closely with clients, the Center for the Transformation of Work, and the Laboratory for Innovation Science at Harvard to establish data-driven strategies that drive continued industry and business model innovation, thought leadership and the creation of platform and ecosystem protocols to disrupt and optimize work and workforce design and elevate worker experience.
